Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it unless items are damaged or faulty upon receipt. In this case we would require photographic evidence which you can send to us via the email address below.
We expect your return to be sent preferably with the original packaging or a secure alternative packaging to avoid any damage in transit.

It is the buyers responsibility to ship the items back to us unless your items are damaged/faulty, in this case we will cover the return shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on custom orders. These orders do not include products via our normal catalogue, they are orders created outside of the website for specific sizes, components or wax variations.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for another product in our shop.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment on the day we receive your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Conditions of return
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
